Heather and Mike were both really supportive when I became a golf professional and played on tour. I remember the time that Mike was in California on business and came to watch me in a tournament near San Diego. Even though I don’t think he ever played golf he was really interested in what was going on and was totally at ease, joining me and a group of my friends for dinner in the evening.

Mike was interesting to listen to and a good listener. He worked hard and enjoyed his time off. He had many interests. One was cars. On one occasion I won a BMW driving experience at Goodwood and gave it to Mike. He had a great day, enjoying it way more than I would have.

Mike was a great guy and a lovely uncle. He will be missed by all his friends and his family.
